BUILDING PROJECT!
When we were in the States we bought a kid's truck building kit from Lowes. I started helping Logan with it, but didn't read the directions, and used a nail that was too long - I literally nailed the truck to our little white table! So William told me my job was to just take pictures! hee hee!
Connor being goofy.
Sharing his old activity mat with baby Sophie.
Making Christmas cookies!
OK, story on this......Connor has emptied out the wipe box 3 times! I'm talking an entire box of wipes all over the living room on three different occasions! So, I thought I would out smart him and fill the box with fabric scraps (courtesy of a crafty friend) and WA-LA - 30 minute entertainment!
An action shot.
We went to see the Christmas tree lighting again on base this year.
Every Monday night, I have a women's Bible study, so the boys have started the tradition of eating dinner at the little white table.....
.....in front of a movie! Ahhh "guy's night" with Pooh Bear!
Ok, I've posted a ton of pictures of this one activity, but I figure Logan has way more pictures on this blog than Connor simply because he's older, so consider this a litte "catch up". Buttons in an egg carton. He was so inquisitive, and all his different expressions are so sweet.....except for maybe the screaming picture - he got so upset when I told him he couldn't put the buttons in his mouth.
We went to the German thrift store and Logan bought this truck for a euro. We swing by there maybe once a month and I let him pick out and pay for one item.
Water painting on construction paper, and a button activity for Logan - grouping the colored buttons in the separate egg holders of an egg carton.
Playdough......we made our own eggs!
....and then cut them up! Practicing with scissors.
Hard at work.
Is that a piece of Playdough on his lip???? I wouldn't doubt it!
